Character background: Nina was born in Sofia, Bulgaria to Ana Dimitar, in a family of purebloods. Her older sister and two younger twin brothers all go to Durmstrang; therefore she had to do so to although she would have wanted to move somewhere else and get to go to Hogwarts-much to some students' annoyance, as they claim she wanted to 'betray' them all by going to a school like that full of muggleborns.
She never met her father as her mother claims they were 'young' and 'didn't know what they were doing because of how drunk they were that night' and then mentioned how she 'didnt mean to cheat on Meriika's father' so that she never heard from him again and she hadn't bothered to tell him that he had a daughter anyway. This gave Nina the impression that she wasn't really wanted but had instead been an irreversible mistake. For this, you could say that she hates her mother dearly, and the only one she talks to and confides in is her older half-sister, Meriika, who also once she found out started holding a grudge on her mum, blaming her for her dad leaving because she cheated on him with Nina's dad.
The twins' dad was another story; a bartender at a local club, but when he and the kids' mother got married, the older girls both learnt to get over it and love him as an uncle, but never as much as a father.
Despite her having a temper and an attitude, the blonde girl can be nice and kind to others when she wants, which really isn't that often at all. She has a soft spot for badboys; they catch her attention more than any other regular cute guy does. However, she doesn't to use on boys that much like any kind of girl would; instead, she focuses on becoming a teacher when she finishes school. Also, she really isn't the dumb blonde kind of girl.
