Character background: Raoul was born in a family of witches and wizards, but he's a half-blood because his mother married a muggle (and was later disowned for doing such a thing). His family was one of the richest in the country, even after his mother got disowned, since his dad was also rich (the only reason why his mum's dad still supported them and stuff after his mum's mum disowned her).
Raoul was always hated by his older brother, because he got a whole lot more attention because he was a wizard whereas Raimond was a muggle. Growing up, Raoul was a sweet kid on the inside, while on the outside he was more of the kinda lonely type, and always being mean to kids that weren't nearly as wealthy as him; since Raimond had taught him it was the right thing to do to fit in, but that got him into even more trouble. So when he started going to Hogwarts, his personality changed to an extroverted one, although he is also extremely impulsive. Take a girl hitting on him for example; if he's not interested, as soon as she gets too far on the flirting he'll let her know that he's not interested, though doesn't realize that he might hurt them by doing so.
Anything else regarding his background is unknown, apart from the fact that he's popular with the ladies though even if he is he doesn't always show he's interested in them. Even with his extroverted yet impulsive personality, he's often heard talking in a monotone voice and seen with an expressionless look on his face; that is mostly when he's thinking of something though.
